How to Manage Change?
Hey There!
I am awake late night and wondering what to Learn something new on the Internet than I realised something.. The beauty of Internet.. You may be sitting at a distance but are still able to see my words written over here..
I rediscovered this blog after after 7 years, feeling good after rediscovering it.. It feels good after you rediscover your Childhood memories, those memories, how your day was that time.. How you felt..
I remembered how enthusiastic I was when I created my blog in first place.. What I wished for... After all, it was the first blog of mine, then I used to gather new Ideas and do creative things.
But then something usual happened.... Time passed by..... And slowly I got used to this usual routine of an 'Auto-Pilot' mode... forgetting myself, what I wanted and was meant for and wished for to achieve in Life...
May be I was living someone else's life..
Someone else wanted me to get a Job, Someone else wanted me do this.. do that.. And I did that..
I realised the definition of things changing from Childhood to Adulthood...
Beauty lies in the Defined Red Lipstick, Eyeliners, 6 Pack Abs, Weight under Control, Wearing the most Expensive Clothes, Driving the most advanced and the most expensive Car..........
Those are the definition changed from being Self, having a Good Heart, Feeling belongingness to the society, having a heart full of emotions, being a good person, feeling good for the other people.
I have realised the definition of a 'Successful Person' is directly proportional to the salary credited to their account. The more the Salary.. The more Successful.. Why?? Who made those standards and definitions??
I have seen people becoming 'successful' for selling things others don't even need, even the things they themselves don't want to own....
I have seen Flashy ads of a useless Product, making a perception in people's minds to pay huge bucks, and most of those products being dangerous for Oneself and others, still consuming, just because may be "It Looks Cool in the Ad!"
Ah Well!! Do you know whats really Cool? Keep Reading....
I know.. Many of you may be thinking.. Lets skip this and watch a Cat Video, or a Meme... Go ahead I will not stop you from doing this, but if you do not continue reading, you will be doing this for the rest of your Life... Skipping the core and being on the periphery...
The most Important Homework given at school "Reading the Lesson...".. Honestly.. Just answer yourself.... You can never Lie to yourself... Have you sincerely read the Lessons at school that you asked to read at home?
And then look at your Friend, who may be did something better in Life... Whats was the difference? Did the one go to a Special School on Mars? Perhaps they were a bit more Focused on what they wanted to do, living their dreams every now and then.. And you sitting there and watching them working hard on their dreams.. They just read and Understood better...
For a Day, just Notice things around you - The time you wake up - Phone, messages, App Notification, email, Newspaper, Branded Toothpaste, Soap, The Biscuit Packets, the things in your Fridge, the Fridge itself, AC, Cooler, Fan, Clock, Deo, TV, the neighbour, Traffic Signal, Traffic Police, People You Hate, People You Like, Friend, Best Friend, FriendZoned BoyFriend, Girlfriend, Girlfriend's Boyfriend, Girlfriend's Mom, Her Sister, Boss, Boss's Wife, Colleague, how you dress, how you behave, how you talk, how others see you, how you see others, how you think that way... whats the first sentence someone speaks on Phone.... and this list is endLess.....
For a day...... Whatever you see, just Observe...................................
Why are all these things there? You may be Happy with something, Angry or annoyed with others.. But for Just One Day.... Be there.. Observing things unbiased....
Just ask yourself why and how all these things are there around you? May be it is the average of the Choices that you made everyday in your Life since long.... And what you believed...
Why do Large Corporations Insist on Hiring the "Creative" and "Academic" and not "Being Self"? May be Coz Creative person knows how to sell things by Over Exaggerated Picture and Sales and perception. While a "Being Self" person portrays the real Picture, without being biased, showing the True picture, as one cannot lie from oneself, they will also use the things for themselves.
And we have become So So Obsessed with Change that you do not even spare a second for yourself.. Just Scrolling Down the Facebook Page, Looking for - Whats New????? You do this all day now. You are Used to it. Aren't You?
Over the Internet, you are able to just see what you Love to see... New Things... Just Keep Scrolling... You think life has become easier and fun.... Doing this Over and Over again.... You are now hardwired to see what you see what you Love and what others want you to see and keep scrolling....
Can you name any 10 of your neighbours? Rarely you will..
But you can surely say names of 15 Flashy Celebs, 30 Hot Heroines, 40 Countries, 8 Planets, Milky Way and all other Crap.... Who will never ever get bothered, never know your name and never be concerned about you... Even if you never existed.
At the End of the Day... What did you do?? You just Lived other Person's Life... The other person's New Vacation to Hawaaii Islands, The Adventure Someone else did somewhere in the world... Your Perception becomes "If I do that, I shall be Happy!!", "Yo Cool!! Lets try that"... and this reppeats and you never ever finish anything.. And this Cycle repeats.. its like a Circle.
Do you know where are those real People now, when you are scrolling down the Internet, They were focusing on themselves.. They actually wanted to do that.. They know what they want to do tomorrow.. So They are busy building their tomorrow... And Have you thought what you are going to do tomorrow?? Same Old Routine?? waking Up and doing all the regular Stuffs?? Or do you really believe you are destined to become someone you always wanted to become, not just wishing and standing in the Crowd.. People who perform, they perform on Stage, on just standing in between the Crowd and going Home.. For going to that Stage, you need to believe that You Can!! That Belief must not come from anyone else.. It must come from within you! All the things you needed in life are already there with you... You just need to believe that you can... Take the First Step,.. and you will know who's pulling you down.. Take another step and you will realise You may Now... But you must keep Moving.. And take the next step.. You will realise that the Only thing thats stopping you from doing something great was You!!! And you kept blaming someone else...
And One Day you will Have Less Energy, Less time Left in the World... What will you say to yourself??
